Crafted from smooth polyester with a luminous satin finish. The fabric has a sleek, silky-looking surface and a fluid drape that gives The Celeste its elegant movement and subtle light-catching sheen.

Treat the satin gently to keep its smooth finish looking beautiful. Wash in cool water on a delicate cycle or gently by hand, ideally inside out and with similar colours. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Hang or lay flat to dry and use light steam or a cool iron on the reverse if needed.

Your Avelune order ships from China. Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for processing and approximately 10–18 business days in total from payment to delivery to mainland US addresses. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; weekends and public holidays are excluded. Delivery times reflect current stock availability and carrier estimates. Customs, busy periods and local delivery conditions may affect arrival times. Standard shipping costs $15, or is free for a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs assessment; contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of import charges for your destination. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes and military addresses may require a different service or may be unavailable. If we cannot serve your address at the quoted price, we will contact you with an option to cancel for a full refund; we will not charge an extra fee without your agreement. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised shipment estimate and the option to cancel for a prompt refund. For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, contact support@avelune.fashion with your order number and a description of the issue as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging help us investigate. This reporting request does not shorten any mandatory consumer rights. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Avelune takes care of your request from start to finish. Contact our customer care team directly for help with your order. Our responsibilities to you remain the same throughout the resolution process. We do not offer voluntary returns for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size when the item matches its description. Please check measurements before ordering. This exclusion does not apply to faulty or misdescribed goods or where a statutory cancellation or return right applies. Contact us before returning anything. If a return is necessary, we will provide the authorized address, which may be in China, and confirm postage arrangements in writing. Do not send items to our registered business address or the parcel sender address without instructions. We cover necessary return postage for confirmed faulty or incorrect items; other authorized returns are assessed under the applicable rights and agreed terms before dispatch. Request cancellation immediately if needed. We can generally cancel before warehouse processing starts; after processing or shipment, cancellation may not be possible except where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls the time taken for the credit to appear.
