Effective September 28, 2026 The seller Avelune is operated by Antal Norbert Zoltan PFA, nr. 212, Izvoru Crisului, jud. Cluj, 407340, Romania. Customer support: support@avelune.fashion. These terms apply to purchases through the Avelune online store. Products and prices Prices are in US dollars. Review the selected size, color, measurements, quantity, shipping charges and any applicable tax before payment. Screen settings can affect colors; this does not exclude your rights if an item is materially different from its description. Saving an item or placing it in your bag does not reserve it indefinitely. Orders and payments Stripe securely processes card payments. An order is placed when payment succeeds and we provide an order reference. Keep that reference for tracking and support. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed charge without your consent. For a material pricing error, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund; we will not make an additional charge without authorization. Fulfillment We arrange delivery of your Avelune order through our fulfillment and shipping partners. See Shipping & delivery for estimated arrival times, charges and information about delays. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and promptly request any correction. An address error does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Returns and cancellation The Returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms. Contact Avelune for help before returning goods. Avelune remains responsible for handling your request in accordance with these policies and your mandatory consumer rights. Using the website Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent transactions. Product descriptions, photographs and branding may not be reused without the relevant owner's permission except as permitted by law. Applicable rights and disputes Romanian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem; this does not restrict your right to seek a remedy through a competent court or authority. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; the terms in effect when you ordered apply to that order.
