Delivery destinations & charges
Our store is configured for delivery to United States. Standard shipping is $15.00. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Prices are in USD; shipping and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing & delivery
Your Avelune order ships from China. Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for processing and approximately 10–18 business days in total from payment to delivery to mainland US addresses. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; weekends and public holidays are excluded. Delivery times reflect current stock availability and carrier estimates. Customs, busy periods and local delivery conditions may affect arrival times. Standard shipping costs $15, or is free for a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs assessment; contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of import charges for your destination. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes and military addresses may require a different service or may be unavailable. If we cannot serve your address at the quoted price, we will contact you with an option to cancel for a full refund; we will not charge an extra fee without your agreement. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised shipment estimate and the option to cancel for a prompt refund. We will seek consent for a shipment delay where required and refund an unshipped order if consent is not obtained. Contact support@avelune.fashion if your order passes its estimated delivery window. Our customer care team is your point of contact throughout delivery.
How your order travels
Our fulfillment partners ship your pieces directly to you. Items may arrive in separate packages. Once tracking is available, use your order number and checkout email on our order tracking page.
Delivery questions
For help with an address correction, a delay or a missing package, contact us with your order number. Please contact Avelune rather than returning a parcel to the sender address.
